Nothing like a hound in Dublin 23-7-09

People:Carl fox, Drummer, Tony

Duration:7-12

Tide: rising

Weather: grand some showers

Bait: Crab, rag

Rigs:pulleys, 3 hook flappers

Results: drummer 4 starrys 3 jack Russells / foxy 2 hound 2 s*** sues/ me 4 starrys 2 collies




Report: Carl had the hound flu and wanted to get back out for some more so rang drummer and as always he never says no got to the mark around 7 and set up i was first in the water and straight away i had a nice hound drummer was next on with a nice hound 3 or 4 lb we both got another one on our next cast carl was fishing hard to find one the stick the lad was getting :) after i landed my last hound of the night with carls help :wink: he walked back up to his rod to find a slack line he hounded it in nice size fish!! by half 10 all was quite few dogs carl got the last hound a little pup!

good nights fishing ...well done on the hounds.. planning on targeting my first soon any tips on even well known marks ?

nearly took you up on the spare rod offer :) but i didn't fancy the 5 mile walk home!

what's yer plan when they're gone.
the crab population will be relieved when your demand drops! :lol:
