Hi,
I am trying to organise and charter a couple of boats for a annual competition (nothing serious) for between 15 -20 people (may rise).
It is year 3 of this gathering to remember a friend who passed away .
We are all Dublin based and are looking to go Tope or wreck or general different specie fishing for the day , then back to a Pub for a presentation and a good old knees up .
I have been trying to skipper boats from Kilmore Quay but they seem to be all busy , so I am looking for your ideas or boats .
I am not fixed on Kilmore Quay and will listen to any ideas but the EAST Coast would suit and near to a large Town or City for Hotels , Pubs etc etc
Have you boats available ?
Have you organised similar and can recommend someone or somewhere ?
2 years ago we went of the coast of Clare , last year we went to Mallorca (Med fishing ) 29 persons , so this year I am expecting similar numbers .
Boats will need to be fully equip .
I will keep the numbers of persons on each boat comfortable and not to busy .
The total number of boats is not fixed.
Please let me know .
L.

I don't think there is enough charters in Arklow to accomodate, but I could be wrong.....
Maybe Cork would be an option. There is an active forum member here called Mohawk (Jim) that runs a charter in Cork. You won't get your Tope, but there is some very good reef fishing in the area.
Have a look at http://www.charterangling.com
good luck,
Kev
