People: Me, Greg, Graham and Steven (aka codswollop)
Duration: 10:00 - 16:45
Tide: High at approximately 15:00
Weather: Very breezey. Sunny. Large waves.
Bait: Frozen and fresh peeler. Fresh Mackerel. Fresh Ragworm.
Rigs: 3 hook flapper. One clipped down. 2 hook paternoster.
Results: I blanked. Graham caught a schoolie bass. Greg caught 2 schoolie bass. Steven caught a flounder and a shcoolie bass.
Report: Started off near Clones. The waves were too high and it was too weedy to fish comfortably. We moved a little further south past Courtown. Most of the activity lasted for about 1 hour near the tip of high tide. All fish fell to ragworm. All fish were under 1lb but it was good crack. Congratulations to Steven (aka codswollop) for catching his first bass. He was happy enough but wants a big, quote, "proper bass" now that he's broken his duck!

Hi Arthur.
Things are okay. Hanging in there you know! I haven't been doing half as much fishing as I'd like to have been doing though.
How are you pal?
John D.
