Can't be of any real help, we haven't fished the bank in a month. I heard of some flats being taken a few weeks ago but can't confirm.

HI Jim, the competition was fished mainly in the harbour a few of the boats ventured outside but came straight back in.
the fishing overall was very quite, a few congers here and there and the trusty lsd's.
the bank didnt fish all that well on the day, hope things improve over the next few weeks.

Bank

Yes, I fished the bank for an hour or so on Monday. Very slack, pin whiting and lsd. That said we were not well kitted with bait. It was just an excuse to wet the line! The usual trawlers were busy, even trawling the Crosser side of the bank. Demoralising but what do you do?
