we started out in carne beach to launch from foggy to start with we were into macs straight away got loads. so headed for blackrock 6 charters working so we tryed a few spots picked up coalies in good numbers launce as well 3 weavers so headed over to another mark one of the best days gilling for pollock we had them to 9 lbs sore arms for brian and paul . brian has a pb on them had more tyhan enough for the freezer so decided to thy a tope mark well again we had a cracker of a time 15 hook ups 9 landed and released i had a pb on our scales it topped 50 lbs on my 6 to 12 penn waveblaster rod great runs good work out got a few pics and measurments so i will work it out during the week . brian had a tope of 25 lbs paul had one 15 lgs the rest were between 16 and 28 lbs we had filleted the pollock and some macs and anchored up hung the dubby bag out the back i even got a tope as my flapper was on the drop we headed back and picked up a few other species at different points we also picked up a few nice marks for the ross comp in september
