dodger Dunlaoighaire

#1 Post by dbrock »

People: Myself And Fintan (croppyboy)

Duration: 7am to 6pm

Tide:dropping then rising

Weather: got burned again

Bait:mac , crab, rag

Rigs:animal rigs

Results:dogs, whiting, pollock, tub gurnard, smoothies common and starry, bullhuss, wrass and macs

Report:amazing day and amazing weather,,,started of in the usual fintan trip with us nearly been killed by a cargo ship who seemed to like to comover the buford bank   ,,, in fairness it was foggy but scary as we could hear it coming but hadnt a clue were it was (and didnt have our raidar reflector out)
anyway got pleanty of dogs and tub gurnard there,,,

then headed over to our smoothie mark and well just from the word go caught smoothie after smoothie, at one stage fintan caught 3 doubles in a row only to top that by a double smoothie and a dog next drop   , this was the first time ever i got fed up catching hounds :?

after there we headed out for tope and huss, i lost a tope in the first five mins, but we had a good few huss so all good,

then to the rough ground for wrasse got the usual wrass and pollock, then just went home, here are some pics of the day
