#1 Post by frenchvisitor »

People:myself

Duration:few hours

Tide:high

Weather:sunny breezy

Bait:feathers + shads

Rigs:spinning

Results:maquerels + pollacks

Report:Hi!

the Lack of rain gave me a little rest from salmon fishing so I went pikefishing on a lake around corofin co Clare and on my way back decided to give a try around blackhead for some seafishing!

I had my first maquerels on feathers...

.not a really exciting technique tho!

so decided to give a try on shads for bigger fish and got few pollacks!Much morepleasant to catch than maquerels!

would like to thank you all for your advices and in particular Corbyere Saltydog and kevin!!

Im leaving the country on the 18th of july so I will do some sea fishing again before to try to get few new species and ice on the cake a bass on lures!!

sorry for my bad english!!!
