bass hunt dublin bay 16/6/09

Duration:6 hrs

Tide:6 am

Weather:fine

Bait:rag/plugs

Rigs:pulley

Results:wish i lived in waterford




Report:hit a few spots around the bay where i have had bass in calm conditions.i came across the biggest shoal of mullet ive ever seen but had nothing to use for them. all i caught was a pic of this boat cruisin past so i think ill leave the bass until the tides are better from sunday :cry:

unluckey with the fishing mate but nice pic of the tall ship it is from mexico seen it a while ago on the south wall (sir john rogersons quay) it is some size i think its a navel vessel all the sailors were in uniform but i am not sure it defo a mexican ship

Unlucky with the Bass,but that is a nice picture of a tall ship,Not something you see everyday. :)

you can t cacth every time but theres all summer autumn and winter left :D

indeed there is. i dont usually get many where i fish till later in summer
ive a friend lives in chicago that owns a site up the hill in ring
im trying to get her to build soon so i can get the job and spend a good while down there : :P :lol:

a few mack at the poolbeg lighthouse and any amount of mullet all along the pier (the liffey side) and if u want 2 try the little pump house on the seaward side it throws it a few bass on a incomeing tide it might be worth a go good luck
