Dolphins @ Portnoo.

#1 Post by anthony2carr »

There was a pack of 30-40 bottlenosed dolphins in portnoo today.

Last time they stayed for a few days.

I was lucky enough to kayak in the middle of them.

If you are in the area it is well worth trip.

Very close.

2 of them stayed on the nose of the kayak. Saw 2 more going right under the yak.

2 popped up very close to the kayak at one stage. Gave me such a fright that I nearly jumped into the water.

2 people on a tandem close by nearly fell into the water , laughing at me
