Nedd some help again. I'm looking to advance a bit in tackle terms. Am currently fishing with some cheap beach casters and fixed spool reels but i haven't got half enough knowledge to even know where to begin looking. The birthday is coming up in a couple of months and i wanna start dropping hints!!! Im looking for something that will allow me to do some beach casting and rock fishing over rough ground also. Nothing too crazy in the price department. Any suggestions?
maybe the best thing to do is try go to a shore Competitions an ask the lads to try out some of the rods to see which one you feel happy with and then maybe spend a bit more on the rod if you have a good rod you will look after it and it will last a long time
i use century rods and very happy with them,i got a Century Kompressor Match second hand for 120 euro and a century tip tornado match second hand for 135 euro on ebay,both rods were like new when i got them if you want a few tips on getting them cheap on ebay i will pm you
