Heh heh hee

Got given a couple of "novelty" items a couple of weeks ago - two Grauvelle keyrings, shaped like mini-plugs 1.5 - 2 inches long. Exact copies of working plugs, lookslike.

So, off with the keyring bit and on with split rings, swivel and treble from a couple of ABU Krills and they look the biz.

Tried one out down the Estuary last night. Had a few casts and varied the retrieve to see what it swam like. Nice.

On a very fast retrieve, there were several almighty swirls on the surface of the water, approaching me. Handy things polarised lenses, I saw at least 4 seatrout at the same time break off their pursuit when they saw my shadow....

Green back/pink belly sinking spotted rattler would be the best way to describe the plug.
