coments-escaped from the family for afew hours, into fish on first cast, lively little ray of 4lbs. caught 2 lsd on a 6ft spinning rod with 10lb line- great fun. beautiful evening, a pleasure to be out.

Nice result on the thornie! How many lies did you tell to escape? If I was pinocchio I'd have a beach caster for a nose at this stageescaped from the family for afew hours

that was my first visit to the mark, should be better in the summer as there is fairly deep water not to far out. any other good ray marks in the clifden area?
