Re: clifton in may
got some information on the boat fishing today
a lot of fish being caught but noting very big
a lot of different species being caught, one man had 12 species in one day
so should be a bit of fun catching all the different species even if they are small
i was told there were some very strange fish caught but the lad that told me did not know what species
told stanleys in clifden there is a comp on the 15/16 may,he said he would stock up on bait
you can contact stanleys on 09521039 to check what he has in stock
stanleys can be found on the corner of bridge st and market st if you need a map you can look at http://www.irelands-directory.com/Galwa ... /maps.html
tides for clifden are +5 mins on the galway tides which you can see on the following link http://www.sailing.ie/dynamic/pdf/Galwa ... 202009.pdf
hope this info helps
good luck with the fishing, looking forward to your report with plenty of species
