Bogen Norway,5/4,to 12/4.
Back a week ,from Bogen in Norway 220 k ,4.5 hrs north of Trondheim, fishing varied from fantastic to very good, day 1 yielded 75 cod and ten coalies, best cod 24lbs,best coalie 19lbs,9 of us fishing on a skippered boat, most of the fish were caught in about 80 metres of water on pirks and shads,Ihave read the other report that the lads who fished further North in Skyervoy have posted,it seems we had an easier time further south ,only one really bad day when it rained all day,Day 1 proved to be the best day of the week but we never caught less than 50 fish the average weight being about 5 kg,my best cod weighed in at 25 lbs,the best cod of the week 32lbs,the only thing missing was a Halibut,we didnt get any over the week, and only one small wolf fish, the scenery was fantastic ,and all in all a great experience despite the remoteness, long journey times and mad prices,it made Ireland seem cheap,All the photos of the trip are in the Gallery section of boat fishing monthly mag.

Good stuff Brian,
Sounds like you were kept busy with good fishing. Would you travel there again?
Looking forward to seeing the report.
