Hi,
I am wondering if I require a License to fish a beach that leads into an estuary as there are Sea Trout in that Area.
I tend to fish here later in the year for Bass and I am not targeting Sea Trout. Do I need to have tags on my person for Bass?

No, you do not need it to fish for bass, but you might want to check if you need a permit to fish, as sometimes the catchment area for the river extends out to sea.
If you do not have a license and you catch a sea trout by mistake then thats OK, just make sure it goes back quickly with minimum damage.
