hey guys just want to say first off its a great site here gettin sum really gud ideas ............. have a question tho is der any point fishin woodstown in waterford wit just lug worm and if der is wat wud i be lookin to catch and wat sort of distance castin do i need to be reachin any help wud be great guys

Lugs tipped with Mackeral can work at Woodstown but crab would be better, best to fish there as it gets dark,you would get schoolies of bass,whiting and flounders most fish would be at 20-30 yards.
I would go to the extreme left of the beach as this is normally the "spot" next to the rocks.
Personally i would go to Passage and fish the breakwater into the channel last hour of the dropping tide and 2 hr back up.

I've had nice flounder and small cod on the extreme left of the beach. Bitta surf, onshore breeze and night time are particularly useful for fishing here. Also now due to a moult taking place, peeler crabs are your best bet (on 3 hook flappers)
