People:1,+ ricky the caddy

Duration:6/7.30pm.

Tide:lw. @5+
Weather:bright n breezy,

Bait:lugs n razors

Rigs:1 up 1 down./ 3 hook flapper

Results:3 bass.
fished 2 rods 1 in close the other out a good bit, got 3 bass in first 3 casts in close, on 1 lug pennel rigged, not a tap on the other. nice surf, 3ft.ish. water crystal clear.

good going art, the fish in the second photo looks skinny, do ya reckon that it was after spawning or just on a diet 8)

Nice one C. They have gone a bit awol lately, well I have found them hard to come by anyway. Just in the last two months.

Im off to Kerry in about a month so I am hoping it picks up a bit.

sean, released it,?, the 1 kept was full of roe, i fryed it :) tasted ok. goin back there in an hour or so, its a lot milder today with a breeze of s.e., if i get more than 2 i,ll be happy.

Art, seems they haven't left you this winter.

no shore fishing this year. boat only although i might manage a wee hour on the Mullet on the way home. (totally addicted)
why does yer last cast always take an hour?

i'll be over at least once this year as i have booked a boat for a week at Cork. if the Euro/pound rate improves might manage another trip in the autumn for some shore fishing.

Well done Cortaz on yet another nice session. Will be making the trip down this year in the summer to improve on last years blanks. Will take your advice and try hooks this time :D
