Dublin Fishing Show

#1 Post by kstaff »

How did ye get on? I was only there for a few hours on saturday but got 2 great bargains, a 7HT for 55 eur and an Anyfish Smock for 40 eur. I've worn it in the shower and it's fine, why are they supposed to be crap?

Great offers out there Saturday, saw new Green Mag Elite @ 79. 7HT Mag @160 Shakespeare boxes were 25 loads of stuff at great prices.

So what did ye get?

Jim from cork gave a very good talk on wreck fishing.

Where did you get the deal on Tobys?

I always found tobys to be dirt cheap around Donegal. For some reason 5 euro was the cheapest I seen in that show.

Im not sure on the name, but when you walk in the main enterance turn left go straight down to the end and it was the shop on the right hand corner. I know that probably doesnt help I really should have caught the name. The deal was 3 for €10 but they were getting desperete to clear the stuff

I did manage to get a deal on flies at the last minute.

Wrangled them down to 1 euro each, with litteraly 5 mins to go.

Got 20.
