Not sure if our club qualifies, remember reading the rules when they came out in Sea Angler last month and there was something (cant remember what) that would have made us ineligible. Will have another look this evening when I get home.

Good news got an E mail from Alan today and we can indeed take part in this :)
So whoever else is intrested let me know and I'll send off the details so far its myself
