the reason it looks as if there was water on the lense is the sand was well the term i use is ripple and there was water in between them.

the photos aren`t great but i still think its a thick lipped.the head looks very blunt.
next time you catch one check its top lip for small pimples.if it has some then its def not a golden grey.

In fairness its hard to tell if Dan's aren't golden greys...they sure look like them though.
