Would anyone know if its possible to bring your own multiplyer reel and tryout some rods for casting in a designated place nearby as I heard there will be a casting exhibition.

Casting Exhibition

It is worth going to the expo for the casting exhibition if you have never any tips from a proficient caster. I gained 50+ yards after the exhibition with a couple of months practice. Well worth the 10E entrance fee.

Is there a website that gives timings of the events?
