the Bassking, sorry, the shokeking is the only person who could get a 6lb Bass and still call it a poor session. im thinking your becoming a victim of your own success mate. I'd sell my wife's right arm for a fish that size. ill have to come up to Waterford and you can show me how its done.

well i was around east cork about 10 times in the last 2 months trying for my 1st bass and couldnt get one. tried west cork a few times too and still cant get one. not even a little 1lb baby.
might give it another go tomorrow night.

its only a matter of time before someone puts a little tracking devise on your tackle box...................................

Ah to be fair rockhunter is gettin em in east cork although he has been known to stray into west waterford too. Marlinman has had a few also so the bass are there - your bass will arrive. You just need your luck to change and keep persevering.

I was getting them until the scumbags netted the beaches last month - since the netting took place I have only managed to catch two bass in East Cork, although the weather conditions over the last couple of weeks havn't been ideal for them.
