Tide:fully out

Weather:mild no wind very plesent

Bait:mackerel

Rigs:two hook flappers

Results: 9 whiting (5 for me and 4 for my dad John) Largest 28cm smallest 14cm

Report:
Rang my dad at 6.30pm was board at home, reading this site i wanted to get out so, lucky for me he was finishing work (Taxi drivers ), so i just grabbed a mackeral from the freezer and put the gear in the car along with a nice warm flask of tea. Collected my dad and headed down the M50 to greystones. Set up on the steps both of us head left of the rock me closer to the rock. Lovely plesent night and plenty of bits. A decision was made to head to head to the beach that we were at last week in the morning. Dropped my dad home at 2am and went home myself and fell into bed just about 3am to be up for 8am for another trip down the M50/N11. (I hate the toll cost me a fortune).

Morning didn't start to well, woke up at 8am Derek was due at 8.30 to me, so called him at 8.15am to make sure he was up as he isn't to good at getting up. No answer so knew what was coming still didnt stop ringing till 10.30am 30 odd miss calls. Anyway stopped off in bray on the way to pick up some Lug got the last 40. Got to the beach and seen the surf and wind still had high hope of a fish or two. Got the baits out all sort of selections today all came back untouched. Packed up at 4pm before i lost all hope of fishing. Who knows i will be back out tomorrow afternoon to catch some fish. I will let you all know where i'm going so you can all go somewhere else. I think i'm bringing home more bait that i go with these days...
