Weather: cold but sunny

Bait: lug wraps crab sandeel and mussel

Rigs: erics scratching rig and a few others

Results: wick dab,coalie,sea scorpion and whiting
howth dab,whiting and plenty of crabs




Report:

decided 2 get out 4 a few hrs before the new yr,
shud have prob stayed in bed as the fishing was queit poor,
ah well bring on the new yr.

Some venue change there from Wicklow to Howth. Well done on getting a bite in Howth though. I have never ever had so much as a bite there the last year.

i no, but it was on way home.
2nd time fishing howth in las month, jus 2 kill an hr r 2.
1st nite loads of whiting and crabs (crabs gave a better tug on linthan whiting )
was very suprised 2 catch a dab yesterday 2

Well done Wayne,you didnt do too bad in Wicklow harbour at all ,at least you got a few fish. Will have to give the northside a bash sometime M50 is very handy for me to head south though Happy New Year
