fish id?

out fishing today and blanked of course in white bay fished this place my last four times and 1 whiting to show so giving up on the place so came along this washed up .
i kind of looks like dad to me but it was 1.6Lbs when i weight it on my scales and was 32cm long i know dad can grow to this size but not often come across and its the shape of it also .
is it a dad ?

if you check out its mouth it looks like it choked on a fish that was a tad too big to swallow
species 2009, whiting :(, three beard rockling,.shore rockling, 5 beard rockling, flounder, lesser spotted dogfish,bullhuss, dab,bass(13), more whiting : pollock,poorcod,pouting, sea trout(the dodder!)brown trout,sea scorpion,mackerel, silver eel,
topknot:), cod, conger, corkwing wrasse,smooth hound.

That does look like the tail of another fish in its mouth alright. Very unusual fish and this one looks like quite a large Megrim, just under specimen weight if I'm not mistaken.

i think that,s just sea weed not a fish in its mouth strange all right never came across anything like it befor
