Lions Head-Howth

Hi all,was wondering could any one give me directions to the lions head in howth? Im planning on heading up during the week if the weather isnt to bad. Also is it safe to cast heavy weights without getting snagged or is floating the way to go?

it's clean ground at about 10yards, snaggy to the left and right.
