Report:Getting rattles all night only connected with three fish due to the amount of hungry crabs in the water
was lucky to get the three . All three fish fell to crab!

It wouldn't be far from Tramore you can see it from there, its the strand at the front of the Saleens , look in shore marks!!. I got the pics resized at last

Fair play man at least you caught a couple... I was in waterford with some mates tonight we fished a place not far from cheek point,

Got a few nice whiting upto 33cm,

happy to see someone else enjoyed the wonderful evening that it turned out to be,

Just found out the area we fished was around passage east... caught my first codling of the year around 17cm

small but Beautifully formed... and yes before anyone ask's i did put it back ,

Biggest whiting was 33cm caught by a chap that I'm breaking in as a traveling buddy... it is his first self caught edible fish from the sea and i made his day when i told him he had caught the longest fish of the trip... now he wants to fish comp's with me... i have created another monster,

we only caught a few for the time we fished but the craic was great and it left me with loads of peelers that the lads dumped in my bucket for my next trip... where ever that may be,

stared peeling and wrapping them when i got home around 2am and i finnished about 4am... so I'm ready to rumble at a moments notice,

plenty of small codling in the river none to any size myself and one of the lads fished fri night for 2 hours and had over 30 not one keeper tho.

Barry I know a lad that cought a 2 & 4lb'er at the back of oscars Ive seen the pics so they are there few and far between!!

yeah heard of the odd decant one going a few good one caught on front strand a while back but not heard much of late
