Peeler Crab! - In Donegal?
Can peeler crab be found around the shores of donegal??

You can get peeler crab anywhere you have hard backs.
If you know anyone who traps them who can give advise you will be pointed in the right direction.
The lads who fish the east coast seem to have a good reputation on catching or trapping crabs as us westcoast anglers seem to do just as well with our fish baits.
I live near a small eastuary in west clare and during the spring time collect a small quantity of peelers but its a full time job as there are people who make a living from trapping crabs.
