what a crap session arrived at 11 there was only 2 there fishing within the hour there was at least 15 all set for a good day .i didint get a bite from 11 until 4 the lads were catchin little wities and a couple rasse in at the edge.2nd cast lost the shock leader off me rod really gettin at this stage.then fish face arrived and gave us some great tips and put a new tappered shock leader on my reel which made a big diffrence so thanks for that .just put it down to a bad day .
I presume it was the lighthouse pier . You still managed a few fish,,,and a few different species,,,, and best of all you met Fishface . You probably would have caught more staying into the darkness a while longer,,but i realise it was already a long day and you had the chaps with you . Cracking off happens me every now and again in my excitement to get a bait out ,,,the secret is to look like you were just testing the breaking strain of the line
Species '20 (14) 5 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Codling, Whiting, Pollock, Coalfish, Pouting, Corkwing Wrasse ,Ballan Wrasse, Poor Cod, Dab ,Smoothhound,Flounder, Thornback Ray
