Duration:2 hours before high

Tide:flooding

Weather:nice no wind

Bait:rag,squid,mack,peeler
dd
Rigs:2 hooks flapper

Results:Nothing




Report:Headed to a good flounder spot......but very surprised nothing....Should have taken the decoys and the shotgun instead of rods as there was no fish but loads of teals.....
2010: starry smoothound, common smoothound, bass, flounder, dogfish, scorpion fish, tub gunard, tope, thornback ray, bull huss, coalfish, pollack, mackerel, turbot, whiting...

2011: flounder, dab, 5 bearded rockling, whiting, dogfish, codling, starry smoothound, common smoothound, bass, bull huss ...

2012: dogfish, codling, starry smoothound (PB), bass, common smoothound (PB)...

Watching springers working fields for pheasants :-) :-) :-) With the results from fishing at the moment its a far better idea!! And cheaper too!
Ah yes, 1974, The Cod Wars. I hated Cod so of course I signed up straight away.

I prefer wildfowling but with the fishing very slow at the moment I agree completely.... :D

snipe and woodcock is the biz. Haven't been able to manage catch and release yet though.
