#1 Post by gfkelly1969 »

People:me and the wife

Date :03/11/08

Venue:clifden bay rock mark and beach

Duration:16.30 - 19.30

Tide:low 13:49 1.5m high 20:08 3.9m

Weather:clear and light winds from north west

Bait:mackerel crab limpets

Rigs: vairous

Results: Blank

had a few bites but noting took, but was not a complete waste of time because wife went looking for limpets and discovered the biggest limpets are stuck to the sea weed, they are a lot bigger the ones I was getting off the rocks

any one looking for limpet bait for wrasse go to the life boat station on the beach road and just south of it on the pebble beach you will find loads of big juicy ones under the weed

getting the wife a fork and going to teach her how to dig lug next
