[b]Bait mack/squid prawn dd [b]Rigs two hook flapper
[b]Results loads of puckers/coalies/pollock/rockling and one mackerel
[b]Report me and the wee girl hit the pier yesterday for a few hours, and she came out with the same statement as useal ( right daddy £5 to whoever gets the first fish ) and muggin's here said aye, as soon as i stoped the car she was out like a shot, dropped a line over and two seconds later she had a pucker on the pier then stuck her hand out for the money have to put a stop to these wee comps cos i never win then it was just puckers and an odd coalie, in between the puckers she pulled in a double, a rockling and a mackerel. then we started to pull in coalies hand over fist, all were around 1/2 to a lb weight. when the light went we fished on into the dark and the pollock started to appear, but same story, they were around the 1/2 to lb weight, after about an hour of these, the wee girl had to stop fishing cos her wirst and arm were getting sore, so retired to the car for a heat, i packed up the gear and we headed for home, was a great wee session...

For the rich, there is therapy. For the rest of us, there is FISHING! --
Nice session !! Never a bad thing to have to stop fishing cos your arm is getting sore bringing in fish. I havent had that feeling for a long time. Last time was about 15 years ago while boat fishing of Lamlash on my Dads boat 200ish mackeral later I had to stop. Great fishing though!!
Good session well done ...... planning a trip up around your neck of the woods, hopefully in the next week or two. There's rumoured to be double figure Pollack and Coalies knocking around up there
