Anyone one know any spots for digging lug and/or rag in Dublin? Also how low does tide need to be?

i usually start digging an hour before it gets low give yourself a bit of time to have a break in between and strech your back out.

There is a place near sutton thats good for big rag, thats were I'd dig if I can be bothered. I have also got a few lug there aswell, but not many

For rag I don't know, but the north beaches and estuaries have good lugworms bed, most of them are not big but in some places there is big black lugs....
About the pressure on the worms beds I'm not sure it comes from anglers as I collect worms from different places every week and never seen anybody, I think the most dangerous people are these gangs of cockles destructors who dig every single square cm to fill bags and bags of shellfish...
