Duration:8pm till 1am

Tide: :?:

Weather:ddlight rain then fine

Bait:rag,crab,squid,sandeels
dd
Rigs:pennells 3/0

Results:8 dogs 2 whiting and the olde reliable weever




Report:decided to give north beach courtown a shot last night started fishing at 8 bells tide high i think didin seem to move much up or down fishing very quiet for the 1st hour only a weever and 2 small whiting :( then the dogs moved in but still slow enough,at least i got to try out my new head lamp :D a samlite100w jesus this thing is bright :shock: was like fishing in day light (maybe the fish thought it was too)packed up at 1am headed back to wicklow was getting gear out of the van when relised no sign of my wallet :? money cards the whole lot gone :cry: bo**ox must have fallen out of my pocket when i was getting changed, back into the f**king van and drove back down and sure enough there it was on the ground :D soaking wet happy days got back to wicklow at 10 past 3 no washing then straight into the bed

There was no tide up there this week at all, its only starting to build there again today.


At least ye pulled some life out of the water.
And you got your wallet back!

yea little or no tide there last night maybe a meter of a change or so does it fish better when the tide is running mate :?:

Yeah I find it does anyway.
With a big tide up there you can pick up virtualy any species with the right tactics.

Yep they will be building nicely all week, should throw up good fish if the southerly winds keep up.

fingers crossed mate, do you think the smoothies will be still there hoppered123 never seen 1 let alone catch 1,well done on the hunch too as hannibal says "I LOVE WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGHTER"

I prefer the North Side. I get better results up that side.
