Fish-on,
Try from Greenore seaward for about two miles. Never fished it this time of the year but have had bass and sea trout spinning this shore in late summer. By no means plentiful though.

I wish I could advise, sorry no can do... just do not know where to go, low tide is at 4:30pm "?" or dam close to it.
the stronger tide runs at the S side of the lough, could suggust "wind permitting" just down round the corner from the lough mouth :?
