north donegal mark

#1 Post by fishingquinn »

myself & 3 friends met up at our mark everything looked perfect cracking surf clear evening,we fished there for about 3 hours on an incomeing tide but severe current from the left no weed but all we had to show was 3 turbot 1 flounder 1 small sole,me and gordon decided to go to another mark 20mins drive away at rinmore fanad followed later by tom we had coalies, dogfish, rockling before tide started to drop we found that beach next to useless when it drops,we"ll be giving rinmore a proper go before long.

fair play to ya for giving a good blast. never caught a sole before.

Some good info picked up there. the second marks sounds it would produce the goods on a good tide
