There are a lot of sea angling clubs along the coast. There are 3 in Bray alone, Bray Sea Anglers, Bray Outcasts, and Bray Head SAC.
Try and get your hands on an IFSA diary and it will have a list of all the clubs in Ireland affiliated with them.
