hi
rosslare under the cannons is a great spot for the hounds
drive in to rosslare strand turn right and up the hill
at the top you can park on the left
walk down the steps and turn right on the beach
walk till you come to the rocks
regards the time of the tide ?
hope this helps

I was there tonight... its packed solid with weed.
Wasted journey, impossible to fish.
Tinnebearna would not be a bad spot...
(Up near Kilmuckridge)

The White hole and Ballyhealy beaches might be worth a try. Usually half way up to the top of the tide is good. If the smoothies are around, they'll be no more than 60 yards out. Take a left at Kilmore and follow the signs, ballyhealy turn off will come first on the right, keep going straight for another mile and a half if you want to try the white hole, that will also be signposted at a right turn. That being said, a few friends were down in Ballyhealy lastnight and didn't get a bite.
