Howya Fintan. Theres a tackle shop in the town centre. They dont do live bait but plenty of quality frozen stuff. For lug/crab etc he would be better off trying halfway angling centre in the village of Halfway, between Cork and Bandon (On the way to Clon). Very well stocked shop. 021 4885894. Cant help with the Bread Fly.
I require a tremendous amount of calcium

I've got a few bread flies knocking about if you want to call over some evening to get them 8)

Piece of p*ss to make too, size 10 hook, small piece of styrofoam and superglue it on to the hook, you can also use cotton wool too if you like!!
