Lough Foyle / Benone Bass

#1 Post by PaddyB »

Guy at work reckons he is catching Bass at a mark with in the Lough Foyle Estuary for fun! However Im convinced he is fishing down at benone.
He has produced photos of 3 fish caught on Monday evening, two on Tuesday, and to rub salt in the wound he has a cooler box in his car today with 2 fillets for me from a fish he caught last night.
He will give absolutely no info on Bait, rig's or his mark.

Can anyone help shed some light on this PM if you dont want to pass on sensitive info on a public forum!

also remember you will need a game-fishing licence, and the foyle-
fisheries permit, so it wonrt be cheap to fish. arround 60 pound for the
two documents.

Why would they need a game fishing permit for Bass Angling?

(Ignoring the sea-trout issue, obviously.....)
