Results:
Plenty of smoothhounds, dabs, flounder, and lots and lots of doggies and a lovely big mackeral

alby, pretty sure all the smoothhounds were commons, didn't have our scales with us but say he was in the 7-8lb bracket. Fished the same spot this morning in the pissing of rain. Dogs, dabs and flounders.
Luck is when preparation meets opportunity..

Excellent fishing ,

I was supposed to head up that way early this morning to taget them but at 05.30am the weather said no ..local roads flooded etc..

Maybe tomorrow morning if I can get around the other half :wink:
