BC
I haven't heard any reports in the last couple of weeks other than there are lots of mackerel bashers on the pier each evening.
It looks like ye are in for a windy few days. There is some shelter around BC from big SW winds. A lot of the south facing beaches will be tough going. The east side of Cork harbour is an alternative, east ferry, Rostellan etc. I’d say PM Cortaz and see what the options in Dungarvan are; it’s only 40mins (even less) from BC.
