People: Livid, Dan, Me

Duration: 1.30pm - 4pm

Tide: High, Drop, I believe

Weather: Scorcher!

Bait: Really Bad Rag  Mackeral

Rigs: 2up1down Pats.

Results: 7 Flounders
Myself : 5 Flounders to 31cm
Dan : 2 Flounders to app 25cm.

Report:

Cancelled Boat trip resulted in a days Shore fishing for the lads, Fishing was pretty slow with only a few really positive bites.

I opened proceedings with a Small Flounder, then Dan caught his 2, then I got another 4 including a 31cm fish which I was very glad to see.

Rigs were 2 up 1 down with size 4 Kamasan Aberdeens, and Size 4 Mustad Kirbed Flatties, Plenty of beats and a few spoons and blades for attraction.

Fished just beyond a band of weed at about 30yrds.

Human traffic was a real nightmare with Boats, Kayaks and Swimmers all deciding it would be fun to go in right beside us....

Anyway besides that good day, a few fish, and a nice tan, bring on the next one!
