People:me ,

Duration:7 till 10.30

Tide:rising for 1 hour and then the drop

Weather:no 8)

Bait:feathers and squid

Rigs:sabiki,s

Results:20 odd whiting 1 dab 1 big mac 6 launce and four doggies



Report:after all the rough weather gave greystones a bash the feathers were not getting a touch so tipped them with squid and let them bounce along in the tide all the fish where caught in the last hour using this method ,thanks hush for showing up to help me after i figured out the killer method who said a doggie cant fight :shock: 10 lb line and a telescopic rod with a tip like a rubber band it looked like a tope not a wow wow on the end :lol: :lol:

went for a ramble today found a spot for after the bass ban :D boy do those fish shimmer on a sunny day 8) will give skerries a bash next week :!:

Was that with or without cheese! :wink: just kidding. That is a very good return from Greystones, often remember a coalie saving a blank.

Seriously though, how is the construction going or has it started for real?
Is it true that under the plans basically the north beach disappears?

all i could see was a hoarding and a few massive chunks knocked out of the old harbour wall but i wasnt to interested to tell you the truth one fishing boat was out off the harbour and a few sailer,s tackin around was just enjoying the peace and quiet and a bit of sport on light gear 8)
