murvagh beach donegal bay

A friend of mine with a few buddies from Belfast fished Murvagh Beach Donegal Bay6/12/04 they got fed up of catching flounders. so they moved to another area to fish off rocks.

Murvagh is a very shallow beach, you could walk for several hundred yards and only be up to your waist.

Directions
Between the villages of Ballintra & laghey. Turn left to Murvagh if coming from the Ballyshannon side. and right from the Donegal Town side. Follow the signs for the Donegal Golf club and the Beach.
