Man on Fire!!

#1 Post by Rockhopper »

Just got a text of David Roe....not only did he win the Penn Final yesterday but he fished the Silloth Open today and won that too!!!

Seriously! for a guy to travel to a place he has never fished before and take on some of the best that the UK has to offer in the way of match anglers and do a double on them is some going!!

Way to go David!! Big! Big!! well done!

Yes! what a result you have to know the man to see what effort he puts in. On a big tide a couple of years ago he went to Scotland to dig snake whites now that's dedication. when he fished in Portugal a couple of years ago he got the nickname spider man because of all the traces hanging up around his hotel room been stretched. What a decent man too he has no secrets and is willing to help other anglers progress.
He has gone one better than the boy wonder by winning the Penn final a truly remarkable achievement.

WELL DONE DAVE   :D

Yes' he's at it again in the Diawa pairs well done Dave 2nd overall in the individual (two years running), and 2nd in the pairs. "How do you do it"
Dave is now 28 points clear at the top of the Penn sea league and leaving the rest standing. (and he's not even on the irish team now that makes good sence) oh! yeah keep your best in reserve
