hi all
i was just wondering does anyone out there have any tips on prolonging the life of lug after comps?
i usually just re wrap my leftovers in newspaper daily but i find they only turn to mush after around 5-6 days.

I have had success fishing for flatties with frozen lug, so might be an idea to freeze them. Generally you may need to tip your lug with a bit of mack to help keep it on the hook and add a bit of extra scent.
I dont know as to the quality of frozen lug when targeting the bigger species though.
There are some posts on the Q & A section regarding salting the lugs, but never tried it myself.
