Rosslare

#1 Post by Adam S »

Hi everyone, just hoping for a bit of info here.

am heading down to rosslare the weekend of the june bank holiday, staying in a friends parents house just north of rosslare, the complex has i am told a private slip. i was hoping for some info in relation to possible general areas to fish, species and tactics and any other pointers, like things to avoid. totally new to this area. bringing a few non anglers out in the boat so any fishing for macks, dogs etc would be fine

Thanks for any info in advance

Adam

Splaugh Rock is near by, but you will be down during the bass ban.

Tope and Smooth hound are caught from the shore, so I'd certainly think in terms of targetting them.
