new to louth bait problems

hi all , i have just moved to co louth (drogheda) and i'm having a lot of hassel locating bait , rag lug peelers sand eel.if any one knows where i can buy bait locally can you plz leave some deatails , i dont mind collecting my own bait if anyone knows where?????
allso if anyone out there has fished any local marks any info would be of great help
