The Marco Whittle Power Memorial Competition

I will be fishing this comp on Sunday and im looking for a bit of information. i've never fished this location so any tips regarding bait, fish, rigs, hook size, tactics, how different areas fish etc would be greatly appriciated.

passage will be all flats with maybe a few eels showin,also codling and whiting and odd bass,theres ment to have been a 12lb bass taking in comp there monday(dont know if its true yet)!,woodstown mostly same,alot cleaner ground than passage tho,can be patchy at best of times.crab ,lug ,rag the usual,hooks size 1-6 id say be covered for :D
Big bass so far this year

3 specimen bass-biggest 12.3lb.6 bass between 8.7-9.7lbs

How ya Samo, that pretty much sums it up as above, I'd say the main species in Woodstown will be flats and Passage the wider variety.

There was a 12lb Bass caught in Passage Monday night in a comp, the fishin otherwise was very slow overall.Southerlies for the weekend should have them feedin hopefully.
